Information, not advice
Orazevix publishes explanations of how in-app purchases, store controls and refund routes work. It is general information for readers in Australia. It is not legal advice, not financial advice and not a substitute for the current policies published by Google, Apple or the ACCC. Where those sources and this site differ, they are correct.
No transactions here
- No coins, gems, boosters, accounts or memberships are sold here. One item is: our own PDF kit, ordered by request and paid for off the site.
- No payment is taken or processed on this site by any method. Payment for the kit is arranged by email after we confirm the request.
- We cannot access, alter or refund a purchase made in any game or store.
Any message claiming otherwise in our name is fraudulent and should be ignored.
Accuracy over time
Store policies and store data change. Each page carries the date it was last checked, and policy references are linked rather than quoted so that they cannot silently go stale. If you find something out of date, telling us is genuinely useful.
External links
We link to official store listings and to official help and regulator pages. Those sites are operated by other organisations under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Use of our material
The explainers belong to the publisher. Quote a passage with a link if it is useful to you. Republishing entire pages, or processing them to produce a substitute, requires written permission. Trademark and image matters are set out in the legal notice.
Ordering the guide
What is sold. One item: The Spending Control Kit, a PDF written by the publisher of this site. Price A$14. Nothing else is for sale here, and no third-party product, subscription or in-game item is offered at any price.
The form is a request, not an order. Sending the form on the guide page starts the process; it does not create a contract and does not charge you. We reply by email within one business day with payment details and confirm what you are buying. The contract is formed when you receive that written confirmation and pay.
Payment happens off this site. No card details are collected here, no payment is processed here, and there is no checkout on any page. Payment is made by bank transfer using the details in our reply.
Delivery. The PDF is emailed to the address you give, within two business days of the payment clearing. If it has not arrived by then, write to [email protected] and we will resend it.
Refunds and your rights. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to this purchase and cannot be excluded. If the file is not delivered, cannot be opened, or is not what this page described, tell us and you will get a refund or a working copy, whichever you prefer. Because the guide is a digital file delivered in full, there is no change-of-mind refund once it has been sent, which is why the contents are listed in detail before you order.
Who you are buying from. An individual, Amelia Brown of Australia, selling occasionally rather than as a registered business. There is no ABN and no GST registration, so no tax invoice is issued; a plain receipt is sent on request. This is stated in the legal notice as well, because it should be easy to find.
Licence. The PDF is for your own use. You may print it and keep copies for yourself. Reselling it, uploading it or distributing it is not permitted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this site. Nothing here attempts to exclude a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) — which is, after all, the subject of one of the guides.
