Privacy policy
Current as at
Orazevix is a reading site with one order form. There is no account to create and no payment is taken here, so there is little to say — but it should be said precisely.

What is collected
Technical request data. Our host and the Cloudflare delivery network record the IP address, the page, the time, the referring page and the browser string for each request. Without this a website cannot be served or protected.
One consent value. Stored by your browser on your device when you answer the cookie notice. It is never transmitted to us.
Email you choose to send. Held while your message is being dealt with.
We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers or payment details, because there is no mechanism here that could ask for them.
Purposes
- Delivering the pages and keeping them available, which is our legitimate interest in operating a site.
- Replying to correspondence you begin.
- Understanding, in aggregate, which explainers are read — only if you accept measurement in the notice.
Who else handles it
The hosting provider and Cloudflare, and nobody else. No advertising network, no analytics vendor, no social platform and no external font service is loaded by these pages.
Sending information overseas
Delivery infrastructure is global, so request data may be handled outside Australia. Australian Privacy Principle 8 applies to that handling.
Retention
Request logs rotate on a short cycle. Email is kept while a matter is open. The consent value stays in your browser until you clear site data for this domain.
The order form
One form exists on this site, on the guide page. It collects three things: your name, your email address, and an optional message, plus the item you selected. Nothing else is asked for, and no payment detail is ever entered on this site.
What happens to it: the request is delivered to the publisher through the Telegram Bot API, which means Telegram processes the contents of the message as part of delivering it. Telegram's own terms apply to that transmission. The same details are then used to reply by email, to send payment details and to deliver the file.
The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, and then performance of that contract. Order correspondence is kept while the order is open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of a later question about it; it is not used for marketing and is not shared with anyone beyond the delivery described above.
The form also carries a hidden field that is invisible to a person and only ever filled in by automated submissions. If it is filled, the request is silently discarded.
Access, correction and complaints
Ask what is held, or ask for a correction, at [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. Complaints about our handling can go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Links to other organisations
This site links to Google, Apple and the ACCC so you can read their own current pages. Once you follow such a link, that organisation's privacy terms apply and we learn nothing about your visit.
